We are a small brand producing prints on demand & we ship worldwide!

Shipping

Orders are only processed for printing and shipping after payment has been made. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product:

• Posters: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

• Commissioned Pieces: Estimated delivery within 14 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's volume, weight, and destination.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return or exchange it. However, commissioned products are not eligible for return. To process a return or exchange:

• Email us: Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return.

• Notify us within 7 days: Let us know your intention to return the item.

• Ship within 14 days: Send the package within 14 days of notifying us.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

 

Refund Policy

Once the returned items are received and inspected, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued within 30 days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Notify us immediately and provide photos of the packaging and contents.

• Retain all original packaging.

• Only packages without visible signs of damage should be accepted. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery form at the time of receipt.

Return Process for Damaged Items

• Inform us within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Ship the package within 14 days.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
